Lightning P1B/F1 XG329 RAF Swinderby 1990 . c/n 95018

built 30/4/59 and retained by English Electric for handling, performance and other trials. Fitted with F3 fin approx. 8/64. Noted in overall red scheme at Warton before delivery to A&AEE where it was used as a chase plane for the TSR2. It was handed back to Boscombe Down 21/12/66. It then went to the Engineering School at RAF Cranwell and then on to RAF Swinderby. Now preserved at the Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Museum at Flixton
